History Of Angklung
There is no definite record of when exactly angklung was created. But history records that in the 12th century, this instrument had begun to be used, that is, during the Sunda Kingdom.
This instrument is believed to be the caller of Dewi Sri to provide fertility for agricultural land. Usually, angklung is made of black bamboo and bamboo ater with various types of sizes that produce different music.

One of them is the tone of angklung music by Daeng Sutigna, a resident of Citangtu, Kuningan who was the first person to create diatonic angklung music tones. Because Daeng Sutigna also, Kuningan Regency now calls itself Angklung Regency and has been established since 2010.
